The trial is scheduled to begin at 8:30 am each day.
*March 18th will be for jury selection ONLY. After a jury is seated, court will adjourn and will resume on the morning of March 19th for opening statements.

there will likely be media and supporters of the prosecution present at the courthouse.
Mark is asking that you please do not engage, or offer any comments with these groups.
The following rules were ordered by the judge for the trial. We ask that all of Mark's supporters PLEASE obey the rules out of respect for the judge, the court, and Mark.
1. Due to safety and security, and limited space in the courtroom and lobby areas on the 4th and 8thfloor, once the gallery inside the courtroom is filled, no other spectators will be allowed in the courtroom or the outside lobby area and elevator lobby. You will need to check in with the Bailiff on the 4th and 8th floor once you exit the elevators before proceeding to the courtrooms.
2. All electronics/cell phones must be turned off and put away, except for individuals directly involved in the litigation of this case. The use, display or noise from any electronic device at any time during trial will result in that person being excused from the trial for the day. Any repeated violations will result in being excused from the trial.
3. No food or beverages.
4. No disruptive behavior. Any violation will result in that person being excused from the trial for the day. Any repeated violations will result in that person being excused from the trial.
5. If someone leaves the courtroom while court is in session, they will only be allowed to return at a break, unless they are directly involved in the litigation of this case. As space becomes available, additional spectators may enter the courtroom, but only during breaks.
6. No attempts to communicate with witnesses, victims, defendants or attorneys while court is in session.
7. No visual representation of any individual or specific references to these cases, including but not limited to signs, clothing, buttons or stickers, will be allowed in the courthouse during these trials.
